Brief Answer:
No cause for concern

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

I assume that you do not have any other symptoms such as persistant or intense headache, nausea and vomiting, visual issues, weakness or numbness of the limbs on one side, coordination and balance issues etc, manifestations which might have prompted worries about nervous system issues.

So in this case of isolated scalp symptoms you do not have much to worry about, such manifestations are not indicative of any worrying condition. Usually such sensations are due to scalp muscles tension often triggered by stress and anxiety. So I wouldn't recommend other than sleep hygiene, relaxation techniques, activities like yoga.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
