Question: good evening Dr,Am 35 weeks pregnant.Baby lie in transverse position & grade 1 placenta previous[likening 0.5 cm from internal OS].Now I have tenderness over my tummy ,loss of appetite,pelvic pain& nausea.Also let me know to differentiate contractions ,& baby movements.Also how to check movements ??Have little back ache also

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Labour pains are associated with discharge per vaginum, not relieved with simple pain killers and are regular in frequency and come intermittently with complete relief of pain in between.
Baby movement is irregular and can occur anytime and thus are not at all regular in nature.
In my opinion after reading your symptoms you need to visit your gynaecologist for examination.
