Question: I returned 5 days ago from a 6 week trip in XXXXXXX I am experiencing nausea and dizziness in the evenings, but feel fine when I wake up. I have had these symptoms for 5 days. Any ideas?

Travelling does that to a person quite often.dizziness and nausea in the evening self resolving till morning makes that more likely a mere adverse effect of recent travelling. It will self resolve.nothing to worry about.take some antivert and proclorperazine for the symptoms relief.you will be good as new in a few days.rest for a while and let the body adjust to the game of climate change.
