Brief Answer:
It looks like a Lymph node.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it looks like a enlarged Lymph node.
In my opinion, you should get an FNAC ( Fine Needle aspiration Cytology ) of the swelling. Exact diagnosis will be confirmed. If it is a Lymph node which got enlarged due to infection,I prefer to give Antibiotic like Cefuroxime tablet along with Anti inflammatory tablet. If there is no response, I will remove the swelling surgically and send it for histopathological examination ( Biopsy ).
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions or come back with reports,I will clarify.
Wish you good health.
Regards
