Brief Answer:
Please try this for your problem. It works.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

I am Dr. Neel Kudchadkar and I'll fix this problem.

1. I personally feel that a low dose of topiramate or valproate will prevent
the migraines from occurring in the first place.
2. I feel that a low dose of carbamazepine will help with the shooting pains.
3. I'd love to give you a prescription but cannot do so because our website
will soon develop that feature.
4. Kindly print this out and take it to a local doctor. His or her opinion
will match the medications I have prescribed.
5. Try this for 2 weeks.
