Suggest Remedy For Low Handing Testicles
Question: hi,iam 21 old boy,my problem is that my testicles appear to hanging very loosley,i know about their shrinking and hanging phenomenon due to heat and cold so i am not mistaking it and please do not repeat it,i can surley say that they are just too loosely hanging,i smoke heavily and masturbate atleast 3 to 5 times,now they have become so loose that i have to adjust them while sleeping,i donot have any errection and urinating problem,plus there is no pain in the testicles but they always keep my attention as i feel that they are hanging too low to be normal and the skin over there has become like the skin of a very old man,kindly tell me what is this problem called when a boy's testicles hang loosley then normal and is any surgery required to correct it? send me some help

There is a possibility that you are having "bell clapper" deformity often used to describe a congenital condition in those individuals, whose testes hang within the scrotum and can "swing" like a bell clapper in a bell and predispose to testicular torsion.
In this case surgical correction like "scrotal orchiopexy" is performed by placing three permanent sutures to anchor the testis to the deep scrotal layers.
Rarely Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome ( may be mild variety and not classical in your case ), a Heritable Disorders of Connective Tissue can case hyperelasticity of the skin and supporting ligamentous tissue and cause very loose skin and lax cremasteric muscles. You can consult a surgeon.
