Brief Answer:
Further investigations are needed to find out cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I apologize for the delayed response owing to my work schedule.

I have worked through your query in detail.

The low levels of testosterone and possible ED and Low libido needs further evaluation to detect the cause.

For this, I advice you to get the following baseline but mandatory tests.

1.Seminal analysis.
2.FSH and LH levels.
3.Scrotal ultrasound doppler.

Further management if any is based on test results.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
