Suggest Remedy For Heart Palpitations In A Person With Atrial Septal Defect

Question: Hi. Last year I was diagnosed with an asd with a hole in it. I take sotalol and tambocor, one of each twice a day. Sometimes at night it feels like my heart is vibrating slightly. I'm 65. Should I worry about this and could it be caused by eating cashew nuts?

It just feels like something vibrating in my chest. A bit like when a XXXXXXX phone is vibrating in your pocket, but not quite as strong. There is no pain, or palpitations. It usually happens at night, and wakes me up from sleep, so no I don't get breathlessness.
I'm on medication because I get atrial fibrillation. My cardiologist was going to do a cardio vert but medication has helped with that.
