Brief Answer:
Gastrointestinal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

First of all you need to know that most of the kidney cysts do not cause any symptoms at all and do not need to be treated. Simple cyst needs to be controlled with an ultrasound once a year.
Your symptoms point to some kind of bacterial or viral gastrointestinal infection. As you do have diarrhea, you get dehydrated and feel even worse.
Usually diarrhea and gastrointestinal problems which last longer than 48 hours should be checked by a doctor. Stool test and stool culture test seems necessary to determine the reason of your symptoms.
You may try to wait one more day with it. If so, please start probiotic intake, avoid any solid foods, drink plenty of liquids (gatorade is good to restore ions). You may try Loperamide for diarrhea and Buscolisine for abdominal pain.
If the symptoms wont go away in a day, please consult your doctor.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
