Brief Answer:
Seems to be rash of henoch scholein purpura

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have gone through your history and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be rash of henoch schonlein purpura. The skin involvement in this disease usually lasts between 6-16 weeks and then subsides.
I need to ask you few questions:
Does the rash disappear on putting pressure?
Is there history of itching or burning on the rash?
In such cases if the patient is having itching I recommend them to take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily and apply calamine lotion on the rash twice daily.
I hope he is not having any other complaints.
I hope to have answered your query.
Wish you good luck

Brief Answer:
No need of further treatment if no other problem apart from skin rashes

Detailed Answer:
If he is not having any other complaint like pain in joints or muscles, gastrointestinal problem or urinary problem no need for further treatment. For the rashes continue calamine lotion but if they persist for more than 2 weeks do see the doctor personally.
