Brief Answer:
Apply a combination of kojic acid and arbutinin

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
I can understand your concern. In such cases I recommend my patients to apply a cream containing a combination of kojic acid and arbutinin on the affected pigmented areas twice daily. One such combination available in the market is Kojivit cream but it has to be applied for atleast 6 weeks to achieve noticeable improvement.
Wish you good luck.

Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Seem to have developed drug resistance

Detailed Answer:
Hi !! If you are still developing lesions it means your fungus has become resistant to the medicines you have used. You should start with capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily for 2 weeks and apply luliconazole cream on the rings once daily. Besides this avoid sharing of soap and towel, keep this area completely dry, stay in a cool and airy environment and wear loose cotton clothes.
There are chances that you can pass on the infection to your would be husband so start the treatment immediately as you still have one month.
You can apply eslite 15 on the marks but don't apply mometasone as it is a steroid and will worsen your condition further as it promotes the growth of fungi.
Wish you good luck.

Brief Answer:
Start with griseofulvin and terbinafine

Detailed Answer:
This infection can go away. Only thing is that it has become quite resistant these days. If itraconazole has not helped you take tablet griseofulvin 10 mg/kg body weight daily along with tablet terbinafine 250 mg once daily. These medicines should be taken for 6-8 weeks and then you revert back to me.
You don't have to postpone your marriage as chances of transfer of the infection to your would be partner are not very high. Just start with the treatment and don't take too much of stress. It will be fine in sometime.

Brief Answer:
Combination of terbinafine and griseofulvin gives very good results

Detailed Answer:
Hi!! You haven't mentioned about using griseofulvin and terbinafine tablets. Even if you have used them you must not have used them in combination. Both of them are good drugs for ringworm infection and results are even better when taken together.
