Question: I inhaled when eating and felt like a crumb went down the wrong way. It made me gag/cough and feels like something is stuck/need to clear throat Should I worry?

Thank you for using Healthcare Magic. You do not need to worry. If it was only a small particle of food then it is unlikely to cause significant problems.
I suggest you drink plenty of fluids.
If you are still in discomfort in 2 days time, I suggest you go to the ED for assessment. An examination of your throat may be necessary.
