Brief Answer:
Oats and XXXXXXX are different

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

I have seen the reports that you have sent. Your child is intolerant to oats and cow's milk.

Oat and XXXXXXX (made of wheat) are different. Some intolerance in ok and XXXXXXX (wheat) can be given. Give him the safer foods like corn and XXXXXXX milk. Give him cleaner water to drink.

Brief Answer:
Cow ghee can be given

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

In my opinion, ghee contains only traces of cow milk protein. So it can be given. Butter can also be given. Whey (after removing the white milk solids) can also be given.

Intolerance is not to be confused with allergy to foods.

In intolerance if the culprit food is given, it can cause symptoms like indigestion, bloating, diarhea, sore throat, etc. These symptoms are annoying and in children may result in inadequate weight gain, Otherwise they do not cause any threat to life. Many children live with it without knowing it. They still grow up, though the growth may be lesser than other children.

There is no need to be worried about it. Just some precautions can be taken.

Brief Answer:
These symptoms due to low nutrition

Detailed Answer:
Hi

The symptoms of restlessness, attention deficit and delayed speech can be due to less nutrients being absorbed from gut due to the intolerance. Some aggression is natural for boys and should not be taken as restlessness. Avoiding oats and cows milk should restore the health of child. Also monitor blood sugar and protein levels, vitamin B12, iron levels regularly every 6 months-1 year.

In the report, value of more than 30 is taken as elevated and less than 24 is normal. Foods with elevated levels are to be avoided.
Prefer the diet of chickpea, corn over rice, wheat. Rice to be preferred over wheat (due to gliaden). It is impossible to eliminate rice, wheat completely from XXXXXXX diet. Thus it can be given in moderation. South XXXXXXX food is mostly rice-based. XXXXXXX milk is readily available in XXXXXXX dairies and can be given. Prefer the foods in blue background over foods in yellow background. Foods in red background are to be omitted completely (which should not be hard). The whole family can omit it out to help the child.

If the child happens to take the avoided foods once in a year or so, it is ok. No need to panic over it.

Hope it helps.
