Brief Answer:
She needs correction for her refractive error.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your questions.

I reviewed your history and the reports attached with the question.

Your nephew is having difficulty in seeing and reading with headache.

The examination reports show normal topography and presence of refractive error.
She is being treated for her headache by analgesic drugs and by antivertigo and antimigraine drugs.

The next mode of treatment should be to evaluate and correct her refractive error as her refraction readings are showing the presence of refractive error.

The intraocular pressure is showing slight elevation hence I would like to monitor this at regular intervals.

Hence I would like to advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for refraction and correction and for monitoring the intraocular pressure.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
