Question: almost once in a month i vomit cough that ends in some blood. its regular from last three years. is it normal or anything else. what shall i do?

Overstraining while vomiting could cause some amount of bleeding. But that should not continue for 3 years.

I am not quite sure whether the source of your blood is from the respiratory tract or the gastrointestinal tract. It could be the former and could indicate some long lasting respiratory infection like tuberculosis. It is not normal and needs to be investigated. Please get in touch with a doctor without delay and tell him about the situation.

Even if the source of your bleeding is the digestive tract, it needs to be evaluated and managed.
