Suggest Remedy For Excessive Sleeping In A Person

Question: I can not stay awake when I get home from work I sit down to change my shoes and then I fall asleep and wake up at 0:30 pm. I have lots of papers to grade but I fall asleep trying to grade them. My doctor says I m lacking vitamin A and D and he has recommended I go to a sleep clinic! I just need to get some energy. Can you tell me why this is happening to me and what do you recommend?

I am so sorry to hear about this sleep difficulties and all the inconveniences this has caused you. I strongly believe you may be tired and this is responsible for why you fall asleep. To me, get a scheduled rest and set the alarm to wake up in about 90-120minutes. This way, you will be refreshed and can work without necessarily falling asleep. Falling asleep is not a typical symptom for vitamin A and D deficiency and I will not want to tie these together.

In all, start with a scheduled rest and wake up to work later. Tiredness is the most likely explanation for this until proven otherwise. Keep me posted with your progress when you do so.
