Brief Answer:
You need agressive migraine prohylaxis

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

It is sad to know about what you had been suffering through lately. The current symptoms you have shared can be because of acute attack of migraine and dizziness and warmth can be after myths or auras after an acute migraine attack.

Apart from using tramadol and other acute pain management issues, you need to use long term prohylaxis of migraine. Use of beta blocker like atenolol in low doses like 10 or 20 mg twice daily, or amitryptalines continously reduce the frequency of attacks or triptanes or ergotamine are second line options.

In acute attacks gaba pentins, alongwith pain killers will also be more effective.

You can discus all these options with your GP.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you dont have any more questions, please close the discussion. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more questions, Regards.
