Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea And Indigestion
Question: Hi, I've been having an issue for a while now. Whenever I have a bowel movement, it's like glue. It isn't diarrhea. It's soft but solid, and sticks tenaciously. I might take 5 minutes to go, then 10 minutes to wipe. It takes forever and tons of paper, and I'm never totally clean. When I'm home, I just shower, but at the airport, like I am now, that isn't really a possibility. It's really getting old.

Are you on any medications or drugs ?
Most likely cause of your problem is due to fat Indigestion. Fat Indigestion can occur due to problems in Pancreas or in the intestine. It could also be due to dehydration or due to less intake of fibre in the diet.
My advise to you is to avoid fatty food like Cheese , Butter, Meat and eat more of vegetables and fruits. Drink plenty of water.
Also get these tests done and revert back with reports.
Serum Lipase, Stool for Fat globules.
