i feel she is too scared or lacks confidence
is it something serious?

Brief Answer:
Don't worry and follow her developmental milestones

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform
I can understand your concern.
Development is a gradual process and it varies according to individual.
Baby first sits with support and then after few days she learns to sit without support. The same is in case of standing and walking also.
I have gone through the detail history and I won't get worried as this is quite normal for this age.
One should get worried if baby does not walk without support by 18 months of age.
So don't worry, give some more time and follow her developmental milestones.

I hope this helps.
I shall be glad to answer if you have any more query.
Regards

Brief Answer:
You can get her tested for serum vitamin D level

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up

I don't think this is related to vaccination of vitamin deficiency.
First of all this is not her age to get worried for delayed walking.
Vitamin D deficiency can be associated with delayed walk but Vitamin D supplementation is recommended now a days in all babies and I hope she must have also recieved the oral vitamin drops in infancy.
Still you can get her serum vitamin D level done to relieve your anxiety.
Vaccination can cause traumatic neuritis but in that condition the weakness is limited to one limb only and there should be a significant history of weakness in vaccinated limb following the injection.
Wait for some time and observe her.

Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
severe vitamin D deficiency can cause delayed teething and walking

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back

Delayed teething and walking can be due to vitamin D deficiency.
But again that can be said only if serum vitamin D level is significantly low.
The vitamin D supplementation depends on the severity of condition( whether a slow or rapid correction is needed).
So first get her vitamin D level done and then start the treatment accordingly after consulting your pediatrician.
