Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

You are experiencing severe burning sensation after passing stools (accompanied with sharp stool and heaviness on your rectal area). These symptoms seem typical for patients with anal fissures and/or hemorrhoids. In your case anal fissures and/or hemorrhoids is caused from constipation and childbirth.

If I were your treating doctor I would recommend as follow:
1. Use preparation H after using toilet
2. Use sitz bath (i.e. Sit in a tub filled with a few inches of warm water for 20 minutes) 2-3 times a day.
3. Use stool softeners like lactulose to avoid constipation.

Moreover I would like to recommend the following lifestyle changes in order to avoid constipation at to help the healing process:
- Increase to use vegetables and fruits.
- Use plenty of water.
- Take fiber supplements like Metamucil every day.
- Increase your physical activity like running, talking, swimming etc.
- Schedule the same time each day for a bowel movement.

Hope it will be of help!
Wish you health!
