You seem to have Post Hit -Bruise with ? Hematoma ? or bony edema on the front of your head.

Suggested Remedy-
If you get nausea/ vomiting / or Ent Bleeding / dizziness,Consult ER Surgeon on priority to take needful care at his end.

Get Cold Compresses locally.
Tab Advil 400 mgm 2 times per day
Tab Proton D-1 x 2 times per day
Thrombphobe oint x 2 times locally
Tab Chymoral Forte x 2 time per day x all for 5 days time.
Tab Antibiotic -Amoxycillin 500 mgm x 1 x 2 times per day if need be under observation and script from your family doctor.
Pressure Bandage to reduce further size increase.
This would resolve your Huge Lump.

Surgical Care if needed-
-If any thing remains,I would suggest you to get X-ray skull / CT Brain-to assess the size of the tissue and bone damage,and to plan further treatment with your Surgeon, if need be.
In My opinion, You don't seem to have any Cerebral Concussion / Contusion complaints for which,if its there, you need to watch for next 48 hrs.
