Brief Answer:
Probably soft tissue contusion!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pains that you have reported. I have reviewed the information fully and this is suggestive of a soft tissue contusion of the heels. This might have been caused by poorly adapted foot wear. I will suggest that you look at your shoes and make sure they are well adapted. I will recommend rest and Ibuprofen to control the pains. This would heal spontaneously and there is no need for any specific medical attention at this time. Should the pain fail to resolve or reduce significantly within a week, then I will recommend that you let me know for further review and suggestions on the way forward. Applying ice packs would be helpful as well.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
