Brief Answer:
COumadin adverse effect, Needs management and Dose adjustment

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Bruise on the the body part with use of coumadin bring one thing in mind only. Deranged coagulation profile. Get a baseline work up for Prothrombin time and INR and APTT. You will be injected some vitamin K as an antidote for the likely reversal of this coumadin. Better consult with your doctor for other safer options of anticoagulants like rivaroxaban and fondaparinux etc. Also an abdominal ultrasound would be advised too to rule out any intra abdominal collection of blood.

Nutshell, get to a doctor let them run your bleeding profile and adjust your dose of coumadin.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
