Suggest Remedy For Breathing Difficulty When On Duava Inhaler

Question: hi sir i m 70 yrs old, i m diabetic patient from last 20 yrs, and i m also the patient of heart problem from last 9 yrs. i have take a medicine regularly and proper check up but still from last month i m suffering from breathing problem and my doctor prescribe me foracort 400 & duava inhaler, but i m not feeling well and my face and leg is going to swell day by day, Is this side effect please suggest where should i go and what i do in this situation.

Your swelling seems to be side effect of foracort, which is known to cause swelling in body.
Minimise the use of foracort or if you can stop it by tapering , your swelling will reduce.Try to do with duava inhaler only.

hello sir,
thanks for your valuable response, actually sir when i m taking duova inhaler at night after 3 or 4 hrs i feel so uneasy, throat, and nose is dry. but in foracort there is no problem,

Hello again,
Dryness is side effect of duava inhaler.
So both medicines are causing side effects.
Please let your doctor know this, he may like to change your medicine or add some.
In my opinion try avoiding both and simple steam inhalation or benzoin inhalation should help you as well in long run.
