Suggest Remedy For Bloating And Abdominal Pain

Question: I feel bloating in the stomach.get lower left abdominal pain.mostly have meals in hotels.stool test done but No blood or infection.some doctors refer it as inflammatory bowel disease and some colitis.every three to four months I have this pain.loose motions are there.Kindly advise. almost twice a day.

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

Having lower left abdominal pain is related to possible colon problems (infection or IBS). I advise to run further tests to determine the final diagnosis :
- colonoscopy
- culture of feces
- examination of stool for ova / parasites
- blood ERS and PCR

For the moment, I highly recommend to consume more home made foods rather than eating out or in hotels.

Please remember to keep good hygiene especially when preparing foods.

Dr.Ajit diagnosed it as colitis prescribing a probiotiv actigut with ordinazole and lexoflacc.it worked.I was fine for four months.can herbalife products give me relief.

If probiotics, levofl, flagyl gave relief it means that your problems are related to bacterial overgrowth and / or IBS and colitis.

I advise to continue with probiotics and can try herbalife products to stabilize intestinal flora.
