Brief Answer:
Urinary Incontinence with Urgency and frequency/Under Evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-Urinary Incontinence with Urgency and frequency/Under Evaluation
Mostly due to Tab XXXXXXX and UTI in your case.

HI,Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read and reviewed your query in context to your health concerns.

My Impression-
Based on the given facts, You seem to suffer from Urinary Incontinence with urgency and frequency.
The fact that it has increased post-gall bladder surgery, seems that the probable UTI (Urinary Tract Infection)contracted from catheterization during the surgical procedure and there after for 1-2 days.

Beside this the Verapamil(Calan Sr) tab you are taking is causing Urinary urgency /frequency in your case.

Primary Diagnosis-
In the given scenario-Cause of your-Urinary urgency/frequency is -UTI with Drug induced Incontinence from overactive bladder due to XXXXXXX Sr.

Do's Suggested-
Check your Urine for UA and rule out any Urinary tract infection.
Get Urine Culture and treat the infection thereafter, with proper antibiotics.
Consult your physician and ask him to change the antihypertensive Tab- XXXXXXX Sr, this would reduce the Incontinence with Urinary urgency and frequency.

Consult with Urologist and your family doctor on these suggested lines and do the needful changes in the treatment to resolve your complex and challenging health issues.

Next Appointment and follow up-
AS the condition is complex,Keep Me updated after 2 weeks period, regarding the progress of your health issues.

Hope this reply would help you to plan further care of Your Urinary Incontinence ,with help of your doctors there.
