Suggest Remedies For Swelling And Redness At The Site Of Ear Piercing

Question: I just got my piercing 4 days ago, 4-5-16, and I know a little redness and swelling is normal early on. I'm just a little nervous this is starting to look like an infection rather than irritation. I've been soaking it in non-iodized salt water for 5-10 minutes twice a day, cleansing it with Provon Antimicrobial Soap (once now that its not as tender) and spraying Bactine cleansing spray on it (2 times a day.) Do you think this might be an infection or just regular piercing symptoms? I've attached photos of my piercing as it is today.

I have reviewed your image and this redness really seems out of proportion. It makes me think it is likely infected and this would be more so if there is pain accompanying this. I will suggest you get this evaluated as it may be necessary to get an antibiotic to get this sorted if the suspicion of a probable infection is confirmed.
