Question: Often after an sexual act, I would have a small cut at the bottom of the penis where the penis meets with the testicular. What is the best over-the-counter medication for this condition and medication/ointment that can be used the strengthen this area in order to prevent such future cuts from occurring.

I have gone through your query. Most likely due to friction this occurs. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area. You can use warm water or saline for washing genital area.

For the cuts you can apply betadine ointment for local application. Applying moisturizers will be helpful to prevent such cuts. Natural moisturizers like coconut oil or commercially available moisturizers containing liquid paraffin (emollient cream) can be used for this.
