Brief Answer:
Bowels obstruction should be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Where is the pain located? Have you had colonoscopy done recently? When have you had your last stool? Do you have diabetes?

It is important to distinguish the constipation and bowels obstruction. Both can start similar and cause similar symptoms.
Usually with bowels obstruction, you can not pass gas and stool. Abdomen gets bloated. Cramping pain appears as a result of an obstacle in the intestine.
Constipation usually gives only lack of stool and abdominal distention. No other symptoms.
In some cases constipation which lasts too long becomes an obstruction.

As you have mentioned about the pain, obstruction should be ruled out. I can see you have been using laxatives without any effect. It seems that you should rather visit a doctor instead of looking for home remedy.

Enema or lactulose can be the remedy, but only if its not an obstruction and the constipation does not last too long.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
