Although sitting on a chair for long hours doesnt hurt.

It is due to back muscle weakness

Hello,
I have studied your case. I think you are having mechanical back pain due to postural problems. I have few questions to understand your disease in better way.
1.Do you sit for long hours or travel a lot?
2.Do you do exercises or yoga daily?
3.Do you feel that pain is going in legs also?

1. Yes i sit for long hours but often get up and move around in between. This sitting happens in office where I dont feel much of pain as I sit on a chair. Pain happens when i sit on ground for some time and then when I get up, i almost get up crooked then slowly straighten up.
2. I dont exercise daily but I was used to gyming 3 years before.
3. No

Brief Answer:
You need to improve your muscle strength

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think your back muscles are getting fatigue because of long sitting. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Learn back muscle strengthening exercises from a physiotherapist and do it regularly for three to six months. Initially you can feel some pain but soon you will feel better. This is definitive solution of this pain.
2.Take muscle relaxant like Myoril or Myospaz initially so that your exercises will not cause stiffness or spasm.
3.Hot water fomentation.
4.Volini gel local application.
5.Try to sit in erect posture. Do extension exercise when you sit for thirty minutes.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
