Question: My hairline is depleting day on day ...I am worried I might loose all my hair in next 5 years What should I do so I retain my hair for long time

According to your complaints you seem to be having androgenetic alopecia.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply minoxidil 5 percent lotion on the affected areas of the scalp twice daily.
The dose is 1 ml twice daily.
Along with this I would recommend you to take tablet finasteride 1 mg once daily.
You need to continue these for atleast 4-5 months to see significant response and for atleast 1 year to see maximum improvement.
