Symptomatic treatment will be helpful. See physician for evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

I have read your query,

First, please tell me that since how many days you are facing this problem and is there any specific diet from which you are having severe gastritis.

Your chest pain is most likely related to this severe gastritis.

The underlying cause could be Helicobacter pylori infection or food allergy or stress or it may be drug induced. We need to rule out them one by one by asking complete medical history, physical examination with some relevant tests.

Since you are feeling vomiting (Nausea), you may need to undergo some routine blood investigations and H.pylori, liver function tests, abdominal ultrasound.

Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy should be considered if above investigations reports come inconclusive to detect the underlying cause.

For that,I would suggest you to see physician or gastroenterologist for detailed medical history and clinical examination to diagnose the cause.

However, you should take symptomatic treatment meanwhile.

Take Antacids like proton pump inhibitors (pantoprazole or rabeprazole),which will help to reduce excess acid production in stomach.

You can also take digene gel or liquid or ulcero-protective agents like sucralfate to reduce the burning sensation.

Take tab.Ondasetron (vomikind or Emeset 4) from the relief of nauseating sensations.

Apart from medications you should also be careful with your diet.

1) Eat plain foods like boiled rice and green leafy vegetables without adding spices or oil.

2) Avoid oily, spicy and fast foods

3) Avoid eating full stomach at a time, rather have small meals frequently.

4) Drink coconut water will help to reduce burning and eat lots of fruits like banana and watermelon.

5) Avoid excess tea and coffee.

6) Eat or drink buttermilk and yogurt twice daily.

7) do morning exercises like walking or jogging which will reduce your stress level,if there is any.
