Brief Answer:
Suncros soft gel or faceguard gel, continue melawash facewash

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
You can use suncros soft gel or faceguard gel as a regular sunscreen for oily skin
You can continue using melawash face wash twice daily.
As far as soap is concerned for face you can use melawash face wash twice daily.
If it is not suiting you then go for Cetaphil cleansing lotion for sensitive skin.
Avoid oiling of scalp, avoid applying oily creams on the face, stay away from direct sunlight, don't pick your pimples, reduce the intake of sugary foods, take plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet and avoid any cosmetics.

Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Moisturex syndet bar or venussia soap

Detailed Answer:
You can use either moisturex syndet bar or venussia soap.
Both are equally good.
You should take supplements containing antioxidants like capsule antoxid HC or capsule exerge once daily.
It contains minerals and vitamins required for the skin.

Brief Answer:
Hydroquinone safe in melasma but should be used under supervision

Detailed Answer:
Hydroquinone can be effectively used in the treatment of melasma but under the strict supervision of the doctor as it needs monitoring.
As far as night cream for melasma is concerned you can apply cream containing kojic acid on the blemishes at night.
The various preparations that can be used are kojivit plus cream, kojiglo cream or clearz plus cream.
