Question: My son has infitigo and now has a red roar groin area and swollen upper lip should I be worried

Hi.....I understand your concern. The image looks like a simple diaper rash. For this emollient cream application will be sufficient.

You have mentioned about swollen lips also. There is no image of this here. Moreover this doesn't fit into diaper rash.

So by putting everything together, I feel that your son has got an allergic reaction or an urticaria or angioedema.

I suggest you take him to the nearest emergency room.

Hi... I have here only one image of the groin which looks like a diaper rash. Moreover as the upper lip is swollen along with it I considered the possibility of angioedema.

I was worried whether it wold spread, so I suggested you to get help from the nearest emergency room.

Please upload the image of the upper lip if it is still swollen and then I will be glad to guide you further.
