Brief Answer:
Consideration

Detailed Answer:
there are several possibilities which might be contributing to the skin changes that you are observing.

We would consider a bacterial, viral or allergic type of reaction but maybe going on here.

If you are seeing redness and swelling with some associated pain then this may be an actual infection which can be caused by bacteria.

if you are sending rashes with vesicle in a linear fashion across your nose or face, very painful than this may be something called shingle. Paragraph if you encountered something new today such as poison ivy or some type of food would you have never eaten before and your symptoms may be related to that.

Since your symptoms have changed relatively quickly I think you should go to a local urgent care or emergency room provider for a comprehensive examination so they can formulate a plan to treat what you are experiencing and hope you feel better.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
