Seems to be maculopapular viral rash

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it can be a maculopapular viral rash.
You can apply calamine lotion on it twice daily and keep it under observation.
It should resolve in 5-7 days.If it doesn't resolve in a week's time consult a doctor and get it evaluated clinically.
