There are many antifungal cream like miconazole (Monistat, Micatin), clotrimazole (Lotrimin, Mycelex) or terbinafine (Lamisil) all available over the counter along with it 1 % hydrocortisone gels are also available use them both and see for a few days, if the issue persists then consult a doctor. I am sure it will improve the symptoms.
