Question: What is the best action to take for 83-year old female patient with open angle glaucoma, BRVO and macular edema with severe vision loss in the last 3 months?

Likewise, open angke glaucoma has to be first graded for severity, later has to be treated with oral pills and eye drops.In case the glaucoma is still not brought under control, then surgery is preferred.

Where as Anti VEGF's will provide sustained efficacy and protection over a long period of 2 years.
Hence the choice of therapy wil depend both on physician and patient factors.
