Question: when i stretch my hours out in the morning my muscles ache in my shoulder when the tension is released?

Could be frozen shoulder.

Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
On stretching the arms ,if the shoulders ache and there is abnormal sensation in arms , then in my opinion you are probably suffering from early stage of frozen shoulder. In this condition the movements of shoulder gradually reduce and become painful.
I suggest pain killers , muscle relaxants and physiotherapy. The main treatment is physiotherapy which you must continue till complete relief.
