Suggest Remedies For Lack Of Erection During Intercourse

Question: Hello Doctor, 28 years male with height 5'5 and weight 78 kg, my wife is 33. Its been 17 months since I am married. In the beginning 8 months everything was going fine. But for last 6 months I am facing the issue of improper erection. While performing I started to feel within a moment and if we do not do intercourse at that point it gets down and doesn't get up again. That is the reason I do not feel desire to do sex which is just ruining my married life. In the early days when I started this sexual relation I had early ejaculation problem also which evolved with time. Could you please suggest a medicine or any home remedy for this. We are also planning to expand the family so please suggest something so that i have good sperm count as well. Let me know if you need any other details.

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through gour query and i have noted your concern.

Your symptoms could be due primarily to anxiety i.e work stress which can affect sexual functions by affecting sexual potency, in turn leading to more anxiety, specially sexual performance related, and together these two can have a cascading effect on potency.

You may take a tablet of sildenafil+dapoxetine combination e.g SD pill, 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual intercourse. This would help sustain erection and help overcime performance related anxiety.
