Brief Answer:
I may suggest relaxation techniques.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr. XXXXXXX

Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

In such scenario I may suggest
Relaxation techniques :
- like yoga, meditation.
- Engage yourself in your hobbies, reading, sports, solving puzzles.
- You may take help of your diabetologist & if required counseling sessions with psychologist may help.
- May suggest one should invest some time for these activities from busy schedule.
- Stress in any form may lead to uncontrolled blood sugar levels, blood pressure problem.

Exercise:
Approximately 150 min per week moderate degree physical exercise may be suggested according to your tolerance level.
Consult orthopedician in case of refractory knee pain.

Medications :
- Take medications regularly as advised by your doctor.
- You may take nutritional supplements like Diavit but it may not have any direct effect on stress.

Regular follow up
- Regular follow up with your diabetologist with blood sugar (Fasting & Post-prandial), HbA1c.
- I may suggest Thyroid function test, vitamin B12 & D3 level.

Hope this helps you.
