Question: While having coitus my penis got ruptured near the urinal and bleeding took place. Now I feel wound. What medicine shall I apply there?

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have sustaine injury to your penis during intercourse which bed for a while and now there is wound at the site of injury .

The bleeding that you had is mostly due to tear in frenulum .

Take antibiotic like Doxicycline along with Diclofenac twice daily and apply topical antibiotic ointment Neosporin .

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily .

Ensure to avoid sex till it heals up completely .

It should get cured within a week .
