Brief Answer:
Lactulose is safe in pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would suggest you continue to drink plenty of water and increase the portion of fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Duplalac ( lactulose) liquid will help with the constipation and it is safe in pregnancy. You can start with 15 ml at bedtime. and increase the dose if required.

For your gastric problems you can take Tablet ranitidine on an as required basis.

Avoid spicy fried foods, limit tea and coffee to less than two cups per day. avoid mint and chocolate and citrus foods

Hope this helps
