Brief Answer:
Dietary supplements might be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am, Hi & Welcome.

ANA (antinuclear antibodies) is a serology test done to detect autoimmune diseases in which antibodies are produced against 'own' or host tissues like joints, cartilage, kidneys etc which causes various diseases like Systemic Lupus Erythematosis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, etc.
Along with painful swollen joints, swollen fingers or toes a POSITIVE ANA suggests a rheumatic disease.

In addition to standard treatment which involves use of drugs like Methotrexate, Hydroxychloroquine and Steroids there are certain diets which can suppress or reduce the ANAs.
1. Omega-3 fatty acids which are found in fish oil or Flaxseed oil are known to inhibit the abnormal auto-immune activity of the B- and T-Lymphocytes and abnormal interleukin expression and thus reduce the ANAs.

2. Antioxidants such as Vitamins A, E & Beta carotene are also found to be effective in reducing the immune response in such inflammatory joint conditions.

I hope I could answer your query, however should you have any follow up query, please feel free to ask.
Best wishes.
