Question: I have been constipated -not the first time- for 10 days now. I want to know what foods can cause this.

Thanks for the query under Health care magic. I have read it understand it.
Though ( fiber less) food leaving less residue after digestion / absence of water content of the stools in large intestine ( lack of sufficient water intake)/ sluggish movements of intestines ( due to age,diseases like diabetes, lack of exercises)/ Irregular eating habits are main factors leading to constipation.. food is main causative factor among them.
Mainly dairy product / foods with high cholesterol like butter, cheese,clear butter, edible oils / eggs/ chocolates/ Polished grains like white rice, bread made of fine flour,fast food,fruits juices ( throwing the fibers), clear soups, wheat in case of Gluten allergy/ Iron containing food like Red meat/ Alcohol dehydrates & reduces intestinal movements /calcium or iron supplements /processed or frozen food can cause constipation.
