Question: My 3 month old twin boy baby has not pooped for 2 days usually he does goto poop once in a day

Passing stool once in three to four days is normal in this age.
I won't get overly worried if baby is accepting feeds well,passing urine,there is no vomiting or any abdominal distension.
Here I would like to observe for next 48 hours,whether the baby is passing stool or not.
Glycerine suppository (through anus) or adding of sugar in feed helps in passing stool.
If baby is not passing stool even in next 48 hours or there is any vomiting,abdominal distension or other significant problem you may need to consult a pediatrician.
