Brief Answer:
Advice as following...

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I am sorry for the health problems you are facing.

Let me recapitalize your case:
- 53 years old female
- chronic symptoms: nausea for 2 weeks, diarrhea at times, occasional heartburn

These symptoms are indicating possible problems with GI tract, most probably related to gallbladder or stomach hyperacidity issues (e.g. gastritis, reflux).

I highly recommend to consult with a GI specialist and run upper endoscopy for further evaluation in order to decide for best treatment strategy.

For the moment, I advise to:
- avoid foods that would trigger your actual symptoms like spicy/chilly/oily/fried foods
- avoid caffeinated/alcoholic foods/beverages
- eat often, small portions and chew up slowly
- take acid reducers after meal
- take OTC PPIs (e.g. omeprazole) early in the morning
- have your meals regularly, do not skip any
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- have your dinner at least 4 hours before going to bed

Wish fast recovery!
