Brief Answer:
Anti-spasmodic to add or take another dosage of pain killers you take...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I read your message and understood your problem.

My advice is that you must see a doctor who will evaluate better your situations and take some action.

A possible urinary tract infection or better say a kidney infection has a high chance to be present in your case.

Urine tests, abdominal ultrasound, and urinary tract examinations may be needed. Also, the doctor may need to know more about your general health conditions and do some tests to see their progress.

Hypertension, heart troubles, vascular diseases, prostate conditions and endocrine disorders are to get further evaluated.

For the moment, I see that you are taking several pain killers including morphine, as you have unbearable pain, should take another dosage of pain killers. Otherwise, should go to ER as soon as possible.

Anti-spasmodics like spasmex/spasmodil or buscopan can also be taken. If can't take cranberry, can take uva-ursi or fern stone tea.

Hope this is helpful. Let me know if i can be of further help.
