Brief Answer:
Dry intercourse

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Your vagina is not lubricating enough to produce those extra secretions needs for proper and painless intercourse.
The reasons for dry vagina are many. For example as you mentioned local infections of the vagina is one cause. But having prescribed amikacin the local infections should be taken care of.
The other reasons are your vaginal tissues are still not prepared for proper secretions. They are dried up because of higher antibiotic use like Amikacin.
You need to give sometime before you actually enjoy convenient intercourse.
Use artificial lubricants like KY jelly till then.,
Have 3 litres of water each day.
Stimulate well and your partner should be able to feel the extra lubrication to his hand while he stimulates your genitals. Then he should go forward for penetration.
Do not worry it all takes some more time for a week to one month.

All the best.
