Suggest Remedies For Acne On The Cheeks

Question: Hello sir, I have an active acne on my cheeks. At present, I am using DERMADEW soap from past 5 months, but I cannot notice any change.

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the Image.

You seem to have inflammatory acne.
I suggest you to use Microbenz 3.5% gel for day time application and Deriva CMS gel for night application.
I also suggest you to take an Oral antiacne antibiotic e.g Cap. Microdox- LBX 100mg, twice daily.
Use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion, twice daily.
